Drafting, negotiation, development in fund formation and working with private equity firms on deals. Credit and security documentation. Diligence of large renewable and conventional power and energy projects Experience running closings for project finance and acquisition (leveraged) finance transactions in power, energy and infrastructure
We have a good working relationship with this group having placed multiple people on this team. It's a great hard working group that commands a lot of respect in the firm.
