Am Law 100 firm seeks a mid level litigation associate with 4-6 years of product liability and toxic tort experience to join their team in Miami. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be a critical member of trial teams which handle the most significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across a wide spectrum of industries and in some of the most challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients. We operate as a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service and associate development. Experience handling discovery and other trial preparation at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique, and an entrepreneurial mindset.  

Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of product liability/torts experience in a top law firm or well respected boutique.
Education Requirements:
J.D. from accredited law school and Florida bar.
