Am Law 100 firm seeks a sharp senior level M&A associate for their office in Miami or Atlanta.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Experience working on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, venture capital/early stage financings, joint ventures, partnerships, and/or other commercial transactions experience in addition to general corporate experience. Strong writing and communication skills are required. 
  • The ideal candidate also will have sophisticated document drafting skill and the ability to manage transactions and complex projects.
  • Must be comfortable with direct interaction with both partners and clients and have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing and collaborative environment.  

Experience Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of corporate law/M&A experience.
Education Requirements:
J.D. from accredited law school and Florida or Georgia Bar.
