What You Will Be Doing

  • Drafting and negotiation of construction-related contracts for large-scale energy, mining, and infrastructure projects located around the world, with each project generally ranging in value from $500 million to over $20 billion

Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of construction transactions experience.
Education Requirements:
J.D. from accredited law school and Texas Bar.
