The Merker Group is working with a top Am Law 200 firm in search of mid level attorney with 5+ years of healthcare transactions experience in either Chicago, Columbus, or Indianapolis.

What You Will Be Doing

Transactional matters including joint ventures, M&A, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity deals and other contractual arrangements (management arrangements, provider services agreements, physician employment agreements, etc.) 

Experience counseling health care providers on a variety of regulatory matters including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Joint Ventures, M&A, PE deals, regulatory matters, medicare & medicaid
Experience Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of Healthcare transactional and regulatory experience.
Education Requirements:
J.D. with solid academics
